Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To supervise and carry out planned preventive maintenance and repair activities of the following equipment’s in Abu Dhabi and regions of Al Ain, Western and Northern Emirates.
- All types of Air-Conditioning units (Window, Split and package) for filling stations,depots,plants,vehicle inspection centers and offices.
- C-Store Refrigeration equipment and Miscellaneous appliances such as Freezers, chillers, ice makers,hot dog m/c, microwaves and other retail accessories.
- Head Office building maintenance which includes elevators, UPS and BMS System and window cleaning.
- Supervises and controls the various Contractors for carrying out the preventive and breakdown maintenance for all locations in Abu Dhabi and regions.
- Ensures all HVAC equipment and domestic appliances is maintained and operational at all times.

Requirements

- Bachelor/Higher Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-6 years experience in HVAC and Building maintenance preferably in Oil and Gas environment with at least 3 years in supevisory capacity.
- Working knowledge in computers (MS Office and maintenance software).
- Good Knowledge of English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE driving license
