Our Client is a cloud based solution company that offers professional services to clients wanting to migrate to a Microsoft cloud.

They are looking for a General Manager for their growing company with plans to expand their portfolio and geographic footprint.

Requirements

- Arabic Speakers Preferred
- Current Location: UAE preferred
- Age Range: Minimum Age: 35

Looking for a someone with a technical background with strong sales experience as well as experience in leading a company.

- Strong Sales experience, handling complex requirements, selling solutions, and managing delivery pipelines with overall PN&L
- Budgeting and performance (individual)/line management experience
- Experience with Integrated Services from an integration view point
- Cloud solution technical experience
- Partnerships and contract/deal negotiations experience
- Experience in Microsoft products

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Leadership, negotiation skills, ability to multi-task
