Job description / Role
This opportunity is for a Development Company based in the UAE.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible in leading the development, implementation and monitor the company’s projects to achieve targets and oversee new development projects in Dubai.
Identify, investigate, analyze & recommend development opportunities to meet the company’s high expectations of standards, functionality and return. Manage accurate and comprehensive documentation including consultants, contractors and agent’s agreements. Lead the team, contributing to management decision-making, developments strategy, innovation, proposals and feasibility analysis.
Requirements
You should be knowledgeable within the real estate and investment laws in UAE. Advanced and effective project management skills. Excellent in data compilation and reporting skills. Provide proven track record of expertise in large scale, high quality, and mixed-use developments in Dubai.
To be successful you would ideally a Civil Engineer or an Architect with 10 years of experience in Development Company or Real Estate sector, with excellent oral and written English and Arabic communication skills having a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline. Arabic speaker is essential.
