Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the General Manager (Automotive) will have overall day to day control of all dealership functions.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the General Manager (Automotive) will have overall day to day control of all dealership functions. The position requires strong leadership and motivation, with a particular emphasis on controlling the sales department to ensure continued improvement both customer service levels and dealership profitability through a process driven approach.
The successful candidate will be able to:

Requirements
A proven successful track record in a similar General Manager (Automotive industry) role and with reputable global brands.
- Have a proven track-record of achieving manufacturer targets and preferably experience with Japanese brands
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and an enthusiasm for teamwork
- Have strong leadership and motivation skills
