From their centres based extensively throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East to providing mobile childcare at global events across Europe and the Middle East, they have consistently exceeded expectation and operate with extreme professionalism.

To ensure the continued growth and development of the business with the Middle East region, we are seeking a General Manager to join their close-knit team. The General Manager is a pivotal role, providing operational and strategic leadership that will achieve sustainable results for our client and the individual will possess strong business acumen; driving commercial performance through delivery of the superb service they provide.

We are seeking that individual, who is very ‘hands on’, who has a passion for enhancing children’s development and their experiences through education and play. A strong eye for detail will be required and the ability to multi-task. The role will encompass all areas of management, including, employee engagement and HR leadership, financial and budgetary responsibility, operational oversight of the centres, business development, event management and involvement in all marketing strategies and brand enhancement.

Reporting to a very passionate and engaged Board, the successful applicant will be able to follow the lead of the Board, but equally add value through suggestion and experience. There will be autonomy in the role and candidates should be able to demonstrate self-governance, as well as being able to motivate and lead their team to achieve the highest standards of service. The right attitude, engagement at every level, will be essential in fulfilling this demanding, yet exciting and highly rewarding position.
