General Manager (Dining & Food Production) - Dubai, UAE

On behalf of our client, a well-known Dining Franchise & Food Production Company, we are looking for a General Manager to look after their operation in the GCC region.

The company has a number of outlets both owned and franchised and has great expansion plans within the Middle East. We are looking for a senior professional who is able to successfully manage current outlets and lead further expansion and business development in the region.

The company belongs to a reputed Private Equity Firm and the General Manager will be reporting to the Board of Directors and the Investment Team.

In this challenging role your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Taking full responsibility for dining and food production outlets in the GCC region
- Implementing the business and expansion plan for all owned and franchised outlets
- Setting up the strategy together with the board of directors and manage quarterly and yearly performance reviews
- Indicating and monitoring KPIs, ensuring that all activities of the outlets are compliant with the company standards and regulations

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality businesses
- At least 10 years in senior management positions
- Expertise in managing and developing franchise and distribution channels
- Solid skills in direct sales and business development
- Successful track record managing a team
- Passion for food & beverage business, strategic working approach
