Job description / Role
A leading industrial systems integrator are currently looking for General Manager to join their team in Jakarta.They focus on the manufacture and installation of rotating machinery including motors and generators in addition to power electronics including drive systems and power servers.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for building and growing the Indonesia organisation and structure.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of the business plan
- Direct profit and loss responsibility
- Identify business opportunities, new markets, new products, new customers, define business strategy
- Establish sales strategy and target and develop plans to achieve them
- Provide vision and leadership to the organization by assisting the MD/ President and staff with the development of short/long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress of business plans.
- Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new route to the market
- Ensure full compliance on Global and regional policies
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual business and financial reports, bi-annually budget, regular variance statements and annual report, etc
Requirements
- 15+Years of experience in the pow Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration field, preferably MBA
- Experience in motors, drives, generators etc
- Setup experience
- 5+ years experience in business management with planning and financial oversight
- Sales and marketing experience in a fast paced c0onsumer goods industry is an advantage
- 3+ years managing a regional team
- Demonstrated ability to manage a cross functional team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Strategic thinker
