Job description / Role
General Manager IT required to head up the IT Integrated Solutions department of a family owned business conglomerate based in Dubai. The General Manager will be responsible for a team of 100+ and will report directly into the CTO.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in the field of IT, Engineering, and/or Communications. An MBA and/or other relevant Master's degree is an added asset.
* 10 to 15 years of verifiable experience within a recognizable organization within the Information Communication technology sector
* Extensive General Manager, full P&L and commercial experience within the GCC, preferably the UAE within the GCC, showcasing an ability to create and deliver comprehensive business objectives & strategies.
* Verifiable experience and knowledge within an evolving environment, while leading a territory, business or division in providing solution design and complex services to esteemed clients.
* Demonstrable leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* In depth knowledge and understanding of commercial business practices within a leading Information and Communications Technology company. Insight and substantial know how within key areas such as Solution Design, Business Consulting and Project Management are essential.
