Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global brand which provides innovative solutions to the Leisure & Entertainment industry. Our client is growing their operations across the Middle East and is now looking to hire an energetic General Manager to join the team in Dubai.
This role will be heavily geared towards maximising revenue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining health and safety standards.
You will collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders, oversee the daily operations, create and implement cost-saving programs and yearly budgets. In addition, you will work closely with the sales and marketing agents to ensure financial targets are being met.
Our client is looking for someone who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to nurture business relationships and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and creating financial reports. In return, there is an attractive commission scheme on offer for reaching KPIS and sales targets.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience as a General Manager within the amusement, leisure and tourism industry. You must be able to work flexible hours as and when required due to the needs of the business. Preference will be given to those who are bilingual in English/Arabic.
