Job description / Role
General Manager up to 25k Aed for Structural Steel Company Based in the Uae
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
• Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
• Planning and managing the company’s performance.
• Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
• Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them
• Creating business plans to support the company’s financial objectives
Requirements
• POSITION: General Manager
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED monthly gross plus benefits depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Supplier of a comprehensive range of steel products
• LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC nationals
• Male, 55 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any relevant field; MBA is a plus
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as General Manager from a structural steel industry
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication
