My client is seeking to recruit a Group Senior Counsel to join their team. The group Senior Counsel will be responsible for the for the regulatory compliance and legal affairs of the organisation and subsidiaries.
Requirements
The Group Senior Counsel will be responsible for providing advisory and drafting services on a variety of areas including corporate, general commercial, real estate, construction and operational matters. The Group Senior Counsel will be responsible for creating and maintaining policies and processes in order to mitigate legal risk and ensure these are rolled out to the whole organisation and subsidiaries.
In order to be shortlisted for this role, the essential criteria must be fulfilled:
• Hold a Law Degree ( LLB or equivalent)
• Minimum 8-10 year’s experience in Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate
• Private Practice experience would be preferred
• Must have strong experience in Real Estate
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Extensive knowledge of UAE Laws and Regulations
