Job description / Role
Working for a Global market leader within their specialist division - you will be based at their MENA Head Office in downtown Dubai but deal with customers from every corner of the globe.
Working in a small team who are solely responsible for taking and processing critical customer orders:
- First point of contact for Global customers
- Building strong customer relationships
- Taking customer orders via phone & email and inputting onto the system
- Resolving all customer related issues
- Compile daily and monthly reports on a specific system
Due to customer demands the function needs to run 24 hours so the role does require you to work shifts:
* 7am - 2pm (Two mornings per week)
* 2pm - 9pm (Two afternoons per week)
* 9pm - 7am (Two nights per week - WORK FROM HOME)
Requirements
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with customers at all levels.
- Arabic speaking beneficial
- Must be able to work the above shifts
- Team player is essential as you will work closely with colleagues
