Global Disputes Associate

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is exclusively engaged with a leading White Shoe US Law Firm who is interested in hiring a Global Disputes Associate to join their established practice in the Dubai office.

The role will involve working closely with the lead Partners and Fee Earners internationally to help a varied range of clients in high value disputes, through both litigation and arbitration routes.

The Global Disputes team see a variety of focus areas from commercial, construction, domestic and cross-boarder litigation matters. Regularly assisting clients to challenge sovereign acts and government overregulation, through the use of domestic and public international laws.

Requirements

The firm is interested in speaking with candidates with 2-5 years of post-qualified experience gained in a leading international Law Firm. Candidates should have strong academic records and qualifications, and litigation experience.

You should be Common Law qualified with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic and French Language skills are advantageous but not required.
