Job description / Role
We are URGENTLY looking for a highly experienced Incorporation Specialist/Government Liaison Officer who will oversee and manage all aspects of Company Incorporation including but not limited to:
- Company Incorporation – all types of company formation but specifically Foreign Branch and LLC
- New and renewal of Tourism and Industrial Licenses
- Foreign Branch Closure
- Different types of Government Approvals in order to ensure businesses run legally and seamlessly
- Experience in MOL and Immigration procedures
- All types of Trade License renewals
- Transfer and sale of share of partners in an entity
- Amendment of license data i .e. capital , trade name change etc.
- Company legal structure change at Department of Economic Development ( Establishment to LLC or LLC to Establishment )
- Draft legal documents i.e. POA, MOA and NSA
- E-File opening in MOL and Immigration and addition or deletion of the signatories at the MOL and Immigration .
- Approval from Supreme Petroleum Council, National Transport Authority , Environment Agency Ministry of Youth and Culture and other federal and Abu Dhabi ministries and departments
Requirements
- 5-6 years’ experience as Incorporation Specialist/Government Liaison Officer in UAE
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills and ability to communicate in Arabic language
- Experience working with people of different cultures
- Strong background in compliance
- Strong background in UAE company laws
- Valid UAE driving license
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Arabic language an advantage
