Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage large collections of documents, presentations, and other resources - assembling them for easy reuse by other colleagues.
- Restructure existing materials to eliminate duplications, resolve inconsistencies and gaps, improving overall quality of our GTM resources.
- Assist in, or lead, as appropriate, opportunity pursuits - working across IBM to muster required resources, develop & execute pursuit plans, prepare and run customer briefings, workshops and other events, develop interim deliverables and perform other duties, as required.
- Contribute to industry research by analyzing sources, applying appropriate analytical tools and research methodologies, preparing reports and other outputs.
- Growing one's professional skills to position for career growth and increased responsibilities.

Requirements

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Requested Skills Profile: degree in Finance, Business Management, or Philosophy.
- Some technical training (e.g. systems analysis, software development/programming, data science/statistics/analytics) a plus.
- Curiosity, creativity, ability to work independently, and learn new concepts/new tools quickly - required. Fluency in basic office and productivity software tools (Ms Office, Slack, file sharing, etc.) a must.
- Very good communication skills with a desire to perfect them, over time. Good command of English.
