We are now seeking an exceptional Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join our award winning team based within our Dubai Office.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
• Understanding of green certification systems like: Al Safar, LEED and WELL.
• Experience in presentation of materials by utilizing software like AutoCAD, InDesign. Understanding and basic knowledge of BIM utilization for sustainability requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ensure that the environmental requirements of green certification systems, local legislation and international best practice standards are complied with.
• Assist in the preparation or contribute to LEED and Green Certification requirements and reporting; be able to communicate at technical levels with other technical divisions within the business.
• Assist in the development of reports, policies and studies for various type of clients.
• Work on sites may be required as part of this position

Requirements

Qualifications
• The requirements of this position is a Bachelor of Science Engineering or Building Construction or Civil Engineering with Sustainability modules.

Additionally the role requires:
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Projects such as Excel, Word, Power Point & MS Project.
• Knowledge of AutoCad and any knowledge of programming language is advantageous.
• Good personality and a team player.
• Ability to work fairly independently is essential.
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferable.
