Job description / Role
* Concept strategy development - working together with the creative team to ensure a strong and achievable concept strategy
* Ensuring concept strategy is then realised in every aspect of the final graphic design
* Presenting concept ideas and project updates to clients
* Brand Identity creation
* Production of final artwork
* Maintain quality check on all executions
* Supervision and mentoring of junior designers
Requirements
* Bachelors or equivalent four year related degree minimum of 5 years experience in an in-house creative department or design agency
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Additional high level of proficiency in other key design, web and multimedia software and applications
* Strong conceptual skills, a broad thinker that is able to offer a variety of design solutions
* Ability to create superior, original designs
* Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration, verbal and written communication
* Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense
* Understanding of and experience in F&B branding
* Has demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within a given budget
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
* Excellent creative, organisational, problem solving and communication skills
