Graphic Designer

Job description / Role

* Work with the Marketing Manager to establish a vision for a product or design.
* Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout.
* Select the size and arrangement of the different elements.
* Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs.
* Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project.
* Develop material for web pages.
* Design logos for products and businesses.
* Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures.
* Develop the layout and production design of magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, and other publications.
* Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
* Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
* Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
* Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

Requirements

* Possess expert understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital
* Possessing 2-3 years of work experience
* Demonstrate hands-on skill in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,Illustrator, Photoshop,Acroba, After effect and Flash)
* Knowledge in web design
* Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Video editing
* An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
* Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
* Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
