Job description / Role
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
• Lead and develop the Group’s financial strategies for increasing and maintaining total net revenue
• Raise capital and secure funds to meet the Group’s strategic growth plans
• Provide extensive analysis and due diligence, and recommend operational, commercial, and finances solutions
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes of the group
• Enhanced the process of overall reporting requirements to meet the direction set/approved by the board of directors
• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations
Requirements
• Open to Indian nationals, preferable from Kerala
• Male, 48 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any other equivalent discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the same role, preferably from retail or group of companies
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), standards and regulations
• In depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Knowledge and experience of related computer applications including advanced Excel skills
• Must be proficient in using ERP, Epicor, IFRS, SAP, and other accounting software’s
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Must be fluent in speaking English and Malayalam
