Group Operation Manager

Job description / Role

Leading conglomerate in Dubai looking for a Group General Manager to join and play a pivotal role within the senior executive management team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle multiple businesses within a well-known reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with formulating short and long-term strategies.
- Develop successful results according to the targets aligned through effectively managing companies
- Develop business opportunities and potential investments
- Represent the company in internal and external meetings throughout the business.
- Evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial/operational reports from companies responsible for.
- Be responsive to latest trends or new systems implemented through-out the company.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and liaise for the development of the business.
- Provide business, financial, and contractual expertise for current and potential investments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- 15-20 overall years of experience
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience
- Experience working within Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Education, Hospitality, Logistics, and Media
- Must have worked with a large Group, Conglomerate or Holding company.
- Must have strong decision making, problem solving, planning and organization skills
- Proven business and financial experience
- Previous experience of working with a family owed conglomerates would be highly advantageous.
