Group Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals for a Global Leading Company

Client has well established business across the world, and they have a mature business in the Middle East as well.

The Role
- To support the General Manager in devising and executing the growth and profitability strategy
- To develop and maintain a performing team of 15 efficient sales professionals who are motivated to achieve the set target
- To deliver the planned Growth and profitability targets

Requirements

- Graduate degree holder in any field of Engg.
- MBA ( Marketing ) preferred, not mandatory
- Presentable with excellent communication skills ( English mandatory)
- Team management experience – 5 years
- Computer skills ( good at Excel, Word and Powerpoint )
- 10 years experience in construction chemicals field

Salary 35-45K/month
