Growth Lead – Food

Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting companies in the world, looking to hire a Growth Lead – Food to join their team in Dubai. You will join one of the most reputable employers in the Middle East and play a vital part in their growth and expansion in the region.

As a Growth Lead – Food, you will:
- Identify and recommend opportunities to drive business growth and performance
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end strategic initiatives that will improve business P&L
- Build sales, partnerships, and accounts in support for expansion strategies
- Collaborate with the digital team and key departments in developing and executing the business unit’s digital transformation (vision, roadmaps, and strategies), marketing executions, and performance evaluation
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for system improvements, process efficiency, and program effectivity
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
- Experience in project management and business launches in a start-up or fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food industry is a huge advantage
- With at least 6 years’ experience in similar role and capacity (e.g. consulting, high tech space)
- Highly collaborative and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Open to local travel
