Position Title: Guest Relations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:

Job Role:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way
- Address and escalate customer complaints
- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
- Expect and react promptly to guests' requirements and inquires
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to French nationals
- Female, 30 years old and below with at least 170cm in height
- Diploma or certification in any relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Experience working in hotels and fine dining/high-end restaurant, experience in handling VIP guests is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and presentable personality
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
