Employment: Full Time

As a Guest Relations Officer you will oversee and direct all aspects of the Guest Relations function to achieve the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Greet VIP Guests personally and endeavor to create future return and VIP Guests. Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

- Must speak fluent Chinese and English
- Excellent Customer Service skills, preferably experience within Hotel Industry
- Ability to working different shifts and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to multi task
