Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting guest and owner expectations.

The GSO - Reservations is responsible to assist the Asst Manager - Reservations in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Guest Service Officer in either Reservation or Front Office, in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
