Job description / Role
Australian Pavilion, Expo 2020 Dubai
Be part of a dynamic and highly engaged customer experience team to guide and support visitors through the Pavilion experience in a highly friendly and courteous manner. Day-in-day-out enthusiastically provide Pavilion visitors with excellent customer service, up-to-date information and answer a variety of questions about Australia.
Requirements
Must have (or be willing to develop) an in-depth understanding of Australia and be able to work cooperatively and eagerly as part of a team. Candidates with an outgoing personality and experience in direct customer engagement along with an understanding of how to integrate safe work practices in everyday practices will be favorably considered. Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.
