Employment: Full Time

Abu Dhabi based holding and investment company is currently recruiting for a Western educated HR Generalist (local experience in the region is not necessary) so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a large local business.

Must have experience in:
- Implementing SAP from scratch
- Attendance management
- Compensation and benefits
- Employment law
- Employee relations
- Organisational development
- Performance management
- Recruitment
- Reward and recognition
- Succession planning
- Training and development

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 3 years HR experience.
- Some exposure to recruitment.
- Must have experience implementing SAP.
- Western educated preferred.

Salary up to 18,000 AED dependent on experience.
