Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Cut, trim, and style hair using various techniques and tools
- Apply hair treatments such as coloring, straightening, and perming
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work area
- Maintain and clean salon equipment and tools
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Attend training and workshops to improve skills and stay updated with industry trends
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to create a positive and professional work environment.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a hairstylist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of hair care products and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Creativity and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
