Job description / Role
Key tasks
- Under general supervision, does maintenance and repair work on all minor complaints, basic equipments and any work order.
- Assist Engineering team.
- Accountable for materials used and ordering replacement
- Maintain the technical areas, electrical rooms clean and tidy.
- Cleaning of AHU and FCU filters.
- Give assistance to technicians.
- Capability to do any job.
- Achieve knowledge of all trades.
- Assist the guests and members of the Hotel if they ask.
- Uses small, medium and high ladders, straight and extension planks.
- Daily activity reports required.
- Accountable for materials used and ordering of items needed for the job completion or inventory replacement per hotel procedure.
- Makes daily reports to assist Supervisor in receiving order and materials to be used.
- Attends required meetings and gives feedback and follow-up to the concerned.
- Works closely with other staff of Engineering Department.
- Should be able to work from blueprints and sketches.
- Able to read, understand and comply with all current company policies
