Hard Service Subject Matter Expert - IFM

As a hard service Subject Matter Expert you will part of the core IFM team to manage and lead the development of the hard services strategy, drive innovation, develop an integrated offering to clients, and work on specific hard services specifications and KPIs arising from new business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities (What you need to do)
* Responsible for the review of hard services FM specifications, as part of the wider portfolio of services
* Review service specifications, KPIs, service design and T&Cs for all-new business opportunities and develop technical proposals for the required services
* Review all incumbent services delivered and advise on gaps and problems, suggest changes, and assist with negotiating contract change where required
* To work with Business Development Managers and Bid Managers to deliver value for clients through improved management of contracts to help drive service excellence and customer advocacy.
* Support the development of industry wide market knowledge of specific hard services
* Develop and manage a network of internal relationships to ensure customer requirements are anticipated and met.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be well experienced in the FM business and ideally a member of BIFM or similar.
* Experience in developing and implementing hard services strategy.
* Degree holder and post grade qualification in facilities management or similar qualification.
* Experience at tendering on high value contracts.
* Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures and specifications
* Awareness of the Integrated Management System and the content of the Environment, Quality, Health & Safety and Information Security Policy Statements.
* Knowledge of CAFM platforms.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills at an individual and team level.
