Head - Government Agenda

Job Purpose
• Formulate DA's happiness, innovation and foresight strategy in DA and create the proper programs, initiatives and approaches to embed and promote this culture in DA.

Requirements

Qualification & Education
• Degree in a related discipline with a professional certification in Innovation
• The job holder should have a innovation diploma or more along with various degrees in Happiness.

Experience
• The job holder should have 7-10 years of experience in of similar scale and complexity with experience in quality management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Knowledge
• Knowledge of standards and regulations and industry best practice
• Understanding of the importance and application of a structured compliance management system
• Understanding of the aviation industry
• Understanding of issues related to working in a regulated industry
