Job description / Role
Our client a luxury F&B outlet affiliated with one of the regions most well known and well established hospitality groups are looking for an Hostess.
The purpose of the role is to, under the guidance and supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, and within the limits of the group policies:
- Meet and greet all clientele at the establishment
- Assist other staff members in the smooth operation of the establishment.
- Maintain operational standards at all times
- Controls and analyses permanently: cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene
- Take and confirm reservations for the restaurant
- Explain food menus and options to clientele
- Handle complaints as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in hostess roles
- Experience in supervising a team
- A strong understanding of customer service
- A high level of organisation
