Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking to appoint a Head of Affluent Banking into a newly created role in their Dubai office to manage a team of Relationship Managers across the GCC and wider Middle East.

Managing all strategic and tactical initiatives related to affluent services, you will:
- Achieve business targets across all locations assigned - focusing on affluent banking products and services with a focus on NRA (Non resident Arab nationals)
- Support the Head of Retail developing propositions on affluent segment across the International business and implement accordingly.
- Support all marketing activities - new campaigns and events to support such a key segment for the bank.
- Coach and train all RMs and SRMs to deliver best in class service and activity.
- Report to Head of Retail and senior stakeholders of the bank on performance and metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivelant)
- 6-10 years preferably, in affluent banking and relationship management sales for HNW & UHNW individuals
- Robust understanding of sales strategies and ability to work under pressure and under own influence
- Super leader with demonstrable experience of improving team performance
- Middle East, GCC exposure required to be considered for this opportunity
