Our client a well known Event Management Company is seeking to hire a Business Development Director / Head of Sales to join their office in Dubai. Incase if this interest you kindly share a copy of your updated CV with latest photograph on it.
ROLE: Business Development Director / Head of Sales
SALARY: Salary AED 25000 to AED 35000 (plus commission on targets).
However if you are expecting higher salaries then you have to share your target sales and work towards it. Client is flexible in their package.
Probation: 3 months
BENEFITS: Standard Medical + 1 month leave + SimCard - visa upon confirmation

If you have been in the event industry, have key accounts and clients that work with you, trust you; and you are looking for an agency to work with long term, then knock on our client door. They are boutique agency executing projects for a wide range of clientele across the Government, Retail and Corporate sector. So if you have experience and contacts in the Exhibition Industry, Luxury and Lifestyle Sector and with Corporates and brands, then reach out.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Winning points
• Candidate to have worked in an event agency before and have direct client contacts
• Candidate to have a good list of clientell
• Own car
• Contacts to secure exhibition briefs + corporate briefs for product launches, activations etc
• Good network with government clientele would be ideal as well
• Has an understanding how to win the job and how to make the presentation to the client
• Bilingual preferred (English and arabic) but not a must for the right candidate
• Has a proven track record of business development in the past and grown an agency revenue and client base.
