Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

For the role of Head of Buying - Fashion , we are now looking for an experienced Head of Buying that can develop & lead the Fashion Business.

As the Head of Buying you will be responsible for the strategy of the department ensuring that the Buyers are sourcing and developing an outstanding own brand range. By working closely with the Design, Merchandising and Marketing teams you will continue to drive the success of the Fashion area of their business.

You will have full responsibility for the department strategy whilst coaching a large team of Senior Buyers, Buyers and their Assistants.

In order to be considered for this position you must already be working as a Head of Buying with Ladies, Men's or Kids experience in an own brand environment preferably in a high volume high street retailer.

Requirements

- Preferably Degree Educated
- High Street Fashion Experience
- Minimum of 10 years + experience
- Extensive Sourcing Experience across Near & Far East
- Managed a large team of people
- Have experience within the categories of Ladies, Mens, Kids
- Willing to relocate or be based in Dubai
