Employment: Full Time

This position manages both the Compensation and Benefits section and the Organisation Effectiveness section of the Group of companies to support the achievement of both the Group HR and strategic objectives.

Requirements

- Business Degree and /or MCIPD HR or other recognized qualification in HR Management.
- Post professional qualification 10/12 years of solid experience in HR Management and Compensation and Benefits
- Ability to work under changing business environment and produce time bound results.
- HR skills are critical to influence, propose and implement new compensation programs and new HR initiatives.
- Effective project management skills including change initiatives.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient Computing skills i.e MS Office
- The ability to communicate effectively on both written and verbal English are critical to the job.
