Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In a complex and fast moving international environment, the Head of Corporate Relations and Career Development for Middle East & North Africa (MENA) is the primary owner and strategist for building a significant presence for our client's talent in the MENA region through cultivating a large and robust portfolio of organizations, corporations and individuals who will engage with and employ our client's talent across a variety of sectors in the MENA region, contributing to the overall reputation and visibility of our client in the MENA region.

This will be achieved along the following dimensions:

Marketing:
- Create and implement a business development strategy for the MENA in collaboration with the D?rector of Europe & Global Director of Employer Engagement.

Developing:
- Design and implement a career programme to inform, advise and connect MBA and EMBA students and alumni with career opportunities in the MENA region.

Connecting:
- Develop marketing and communication campaigns and world-class events to promote the value of the Client's talent brand across the MENA region.

Requirements

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience of top performance in key account sales, marketing or business development. Thorough knowledge of basic concepts, principles, and procedures of building and maintaining effective relations with global corporations. 
- Corporate working experience in MENA region and demonstrated understanding of the culture, current market, major players and economic trends. Experience of working in a fast moving international environment
- Experience in recruitment of high potentials and of the MBA labour market.
- Knowledge of and high interest in business careers

Additional experience valuable in the following:
- Business School education
- Executive search firms
- Corporate recruiting or outplacement for international executives
- Training and career counselling of international executives/high potentials

Technical know-how:
- English fluent both in writing and speaking
- Arabic language knowledge is preferred
- Digital literacy

- Strong sense of initiative, self – directed with the ability to organize all daily, weekly & monthly activities focused on ambitious development goals
- Collaborative & strong communicator.
- Team player comfortable working in an international environment with high degree of sensitivity to intercultural differences
- Ability to adjust his/her services to a large diversity of audience
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and political acumen to effectively represent the client
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Deep commitment to customer service, / Able to say no in a nice way
- Listening abilities/Patience
- Ability to think broadly
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team
