Employment: Full Time

As Head of Customer Experience, you will work closely with the senior leadership to develop a strategic framework to scale up the organisation's customer experience operations, contributing to their growth and development.

Description

* Liaise with senior management to understand the firm's requirements and ensure they are aligned to its' overall strategy.
* Oversee improvement, enhancement, and execution of the operations team to ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
* Interpret and synthesise performance metrics to identify meaningful insights that can support your decisions.
* Incorporate insights and recommendations from the leadership team to develop strategic plan of action for the future.

Requirements

* Deep expertise in an operational role within a start-up environment, with a focus on customer experience, improving processes and operation management.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel highly preferred.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team.
* Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
