On behalf of our client, a prestigious developer in Abu Dhabi, we are recruiting an experienced Western or Indian Educated Head of Design.
Reporting to Executive Director, you will establish and manage team and be responsible for the project design management from feasibility through to completion, prepare project briefs, design programs and RFPs for design, control and monitor development phase and be involved in all the project stages from concept to successful completion of the project.
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Masters Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 12 years of post graduate experience in delivering major developments with good knowledge of design, production and construction techniques, procedures, codes and standard.
You should possess excellent management, communication and leadership skills and also have extensive knowledge and expertise on major development projects mainly in retail, hotel, large scale villas and theme parks with an ability to read, analyse and interpret complex documents.
