Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Core Responsibilities:
• Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics, supported by data
• Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting edge source for digital media strategy
• Deploying appropriate technology platforms to find and engage with key target audience segments
• Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed and secure approval from clients)
• Develop strategic annual plans for clients; position ourselves as strategic media partners.
• Create and articulate strategic narratives for new business pitches, internal teams and existing client engagements
• Good understanding on performance marketing & therefore, lead performance planning & execution
• Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key account assignments
• Lead new business pitches; lead the RFP/RFQ pitch process and be a primary resource in managing clients – prioritizing their projects, understand their goals and suggest media that aligns with their objectives to drive business
• Work with head of media investments to identify potential partners to continuously elevate agency’s offering.
• Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings
• Lead and manage the budget and client billing process
• Coach and mentor the team and provide training on best practices, media principles and industry at large

Requirements

Qualifications:
• University degree preferably in Media or Marketing
• 8-10 years of agency experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Must have experience of putting together AdTech & MarTech solutions for clients
• Proven track record of developing strong client relationships
• Pitch experience with strong new client acquisition track record
• Proficient in presentation of ideas, concepts & strategy to senior level clients
• Must have a positive attitude and capacity of thinking above and beyond the client's initial ask
• Ability to plan and forecast revenue
• Demonstrate the ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects and to delegate work appropriately
• Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (GWI, Similar Web, Comscore, etc)
• Manage, develop and mentor members of the team
• Must have excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
