An excellent opportunity to lead Digital Marketing initiatives across paid media in the EMEA region with one of the United Arab Emirates leading Airline

Reporting to the Head of Social Media for the region, the Digital Marketing Manager\'s core focus is to lead and develop paid media programs in the EMEA region. In this role you will develop and cascade paid digital & social media marketing strategies, create an integrated paid media strategy to enhance company and product visibility and contribute to profitability increase and revenue targets.

Design, plan and drive implementation across various channels, create and deploy digital media guidelines across: standards, evaluation guides, budget allocation approach, planning and executional guidance for paid social, video, mobile display, tagging/tracking processes.

Competitive analysis of digital programs and make strategic recommendations on new and emerging digital social technologies, platforms and portals. Work closely with the advertising agency to ensure success of media programs, production of advertising assets and issuance of ad guidelines.

Being a senior role in the organisation, you will provide advice to top management on innovative paid media marketing programs, technology, platforms and new methodologies to support the adoption of effective strategies.

Requirements

- 8+ years experience in Online Paid Media, Conversion Optimization or related field in Online Advertising or Marketing with hands on experience evaluating, negotiating, planning and purchasing of online media (preferably worked across developed markets such as UK, Australia, Americas, China etc.)
- Bachelors Degree with an MBA being preferred
- Technical experience with tagging implementation and tracking
- Understanding of multi-attribution models and ability to analyze and report with strong experience designing and executing A/B/N test plans
- Experience planning and executing programmatic advertising programs at global scale
- First-hand experience with setup and execution of digital advertising technology: DMP, DCO and PMDs
- Proficient with the Adobe Site Catalyst, Discover and Google Analytics web platforms. Google Analytics 101, 201 and 301 certification a plus
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings clearly and concisely
- Strong presentation skills at management level

MUST BE a Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills English
