Job description / Role
eMagine Solutions have been engaged on a new mandate within the digital banking space.
We are working on behalf of one of the leading Banks within the UAE, the Bank is embarking on a group wide digital transformation (10k+ users) and as such they are looking for an exceptional Product leader to work with them on this greenfield project.
You will be creating the Digital Business Bank of the future and helping to drive the 4 main pillars of a transformation project throughout the SME Banking side.
As the Product leader who will leader you will oversee the operational and cultural shift towards integrating digital technology into all areas of the bank, optimizing operations and value delivery to customers. Helping to make the Bank at the forefront of innovation and be at the pinnacle within a crowded marketplace.
SME's are often underserved within the Business Banking space and our client is on a mission to become the International Business Bank of choice.
Candidates must have experience of business banking and we are looking for a Digital leader who puts the customer at the heart of any solution.
Responsibilities
Champion the stakeholders:
• Capable of combining the understanding of SME Banking and its drivers with the understanding of technological capabilities to build market leading products and services.
Ownership:
• Taking personal accountability for the delivery of a large business and technology roadmap across multiple countries; new/enhancement of current products, overseeing every stage of delivery.
• Defining and tracking against clear success criteria and benchmarking externally on what great looks like.
Simple product design:
• Define clear product requirements, business rules and customer journeys which are driven by simplicity.
• Focusing on the things that really matter to deliver the business vision and being fearless to drop good ideas for the sake of simplicity and focus.
Requirements
Communicate:
• Present the product vision and its business case at a peer-to-peer and senior management level.
• Build and maintain credibility with key stakeholders and peers across the Bank
Work collaboratively:
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
Innovation & Idea generation:
• Identify opportunities for product development with innovative ideas, supported by compelling business cases, that will help us deliver the best customer experience, persuading other teams, up to director level, that your proposals make business sense.
