Head of Engineering - Civil

Job description / Role

The Head of Engineering is a senior leadership role. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Head of Engineering is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all civil engineering activities within the organization. This role plays a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering civil engineering projects, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Insurance - Annual Air passage

Requirements

This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

A minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in UAE is essential. Experience in Ports , Free Zones will be an added advantage.
