This opportunity is with a Holding Company based in UAE.
- Provide the organization with Facility Management expertise for the entire real estate projects including hotels and resorts.
- Developed, created and implemented facilities management policies and business plan for the facilities department. Responsible for Strategic Planning & Manpower Management for entire Facility, administering the entire project, transportation management, disaster Management (Fire, Short Circuit, Accident) and Security Management. Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and obtain ‘value for money’ whilst increasing productivity through improved processes and system. Develop and implements systems for inspecting and managing the quality of housekeeping.
- Work closely with internal and external service providers to ensure that maintenance personnel and contractors deliver efficient and professional service with all repairs, including inspection of contracted work,

Requirements
Looking for a minimum of 12- 15 years of experience with a background in construction, retail or similar industry at a senior level role
Graduation BE Civil/Mechanical.
