Job description / Role
Rapidly expanding Food & Beverage multinational company seeks a high caliber dynamic Head of Finance.The Head of Finance contributes to the overall success of the organisation by effectively managing all financial and commercial aspects of the organisation.
Including:
- Key member of the leadership team reporting to the Finance Director and the Board
- Providing leadership and direction to the finance and IT team
- Ensure accurate and timely management and financial information is available as required and that the books of account and statutory accounts are maintained in accordance with GAAP
- Play an active role in all key commercial and financial decisions
- Lead the monthly reporting cycle and management accounts process along with the annual budget process
- Develop and be accountable for the implementation and compliance of internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Key interface with banks, auditors, credit insurers and legislative organisations
- Manage Company cash flows approve payments, collections and interbank transfers
- Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate
- Oversee the IT function and evaluate the need for new technology to meet the organisation's financial data processing, control, and reporting, stock Management and invoicing requirements
- Oversee the management of all leases, contracts and other financial commitments
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACA
- Minimum 5 years accounting background
