Head of Finance

Our client, a major UAE based conglomerate, are looking for a Head of Finance for their multiline business platform. The successful individual will be someone who has a demonstrable track record of improving efficiencies and enabling business. In addition to the fundamental financial acumen, the emphasis of our task is in identifying an individual who has an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset and focus.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years+ post qualified with an internationally recognized accounting qualification.
- Able to work well as both a member of a team and independently
- Reporting into the CFO but comfortable with dealing with multiple key stakeholders.
- Able to work discreetly and accurately on business growth and efficiency projects.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
- Arabic language skills advantageous but not a prerequisite.
