Job description / Role
Charterhouse are partnering with a rapidly growing logistics organisation based in Dubai, who are looking to hire a new Head of Finance.
This newly created position will be working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for driving operational and finance performance in the MENA region. You will oversee the transactional finance team whilst ensuring the budgeting, forecasting and management accounts are generated and reported to the CEO / senior leadership team. You will also be expected to implement new controls to assist in maximum efficiencies.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified Accountant / finance leader who has a proven track record in implementing new strategies and should ideally come from a logistics / technology background. You should be a qualified Chartered Accountant and have the gravitas required to confidently business partner. You must have the ability to translate financial terminology to non-finance colleagues along with strong Middle-Eastern experience. This is an excellent position for a candidate ready to hit the ground running and help drive the business forward.
