Job description / Role
Our higher education client is seeking a strong General Services professional to develop the strategy and ensure sourcing and management of their general services.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Development of policies and procedures in line with Abu Dhabi Govt requirements and regulations
• Responsible for H&S policy and procedures
• Ensure financial efficiency and manage outsourced services and suppliers
• Oversee the audit and evaluation of suppliers
• Oversee inspection of buildings, approve repairs, oversee property management
• Management of direct reports in relevant areas
• Project Management
Requirements
• To be shortlisted you will be educated to degree level or above and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within general services.
• You will have a high level of communication in both English and Arabic and you will need to have a good in-depth understanding of requirements of the Abu Dhabi Government policies.
