Job description / Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Manager to become Head of Al-Futtaim Hino. This role is based in Dubai and reports directly into the Managing Director of Commercial Vehicles. The job holder is responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities to drive increased revenue and profit for Hino operations.
The Head of Hino will drive the sales operations of the different regions and strategise new marketing plans to boost sales. Through analysing market information the incumbent will provide feedback to the company leadership team regarding competitors, prospect needs and product development, they will develop long term strategic goals and identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
Through driving the AF Motors Standards, the Head of Hino will demonstrate the importance of customer service and managing customer expectations. The role holder will be responsible for managing performance and providing guidance and support to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will be a graduate, preferably within Sales or Management and will hold a minimum of 10 years experience within the automotive industry, ideally within the Truck/Commercial Vehicle division. You should have 3-4 years of managerial experience, preferably within the UAE. This is a senior role, therefore you will be required to demonstrate your experience in these areas
You will need to hold strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate using your financial awareness and business acumen. You will be fluent in both verbal and written English whilst being able to communicate in Arabic is an added advantage. You will have a customer focussed attitude and will be result orientated with the leadership skills to drive a successful team.
