Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an international corporate company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Head of HR. You will be responsible for managing all HR company related activity which will include HR strategy, policies and procedures, resourcing and recruitment, performance management, budget management, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be CIPD qualified with over 10 years HR management experience, 5 of which must be within an SME in the UAE.
